My name is Scott, and my whole life I have traveled, but it wasn’t until I went to Europe at the age of 29 that I truly realized what traveling meant to me.  From that point on, my goal was to experience everything that this world has to offer.  Like most Americans, I was limited to a few weeks a year of vacation, so I spent most of my time staring out the window of my cubicle, daydreaming about my next adventure.

After I lost my mom to cancer in September, 2012, I decided that it was time to make my dreams a reality, so I quit my job with the intention of seeing the world.  My crazy travel plan is to see as much of this planet as possible, as I endeavor to step foot on every continent.

A few fun facts about me:

About the Blog

Many travel blogs focus on one specific theme, but there is so much to showcase, that I don’t want to make anything off limits.  My main passions are adventure, beauty, and history, but my primary goal is to have posts that are humorous, informative, or just entertaining.  If I can make you laugh, provide a useful travel tip, or just bring a smile to your face, than I consider the post a success.

While I will try to have posts that are relatively current, I didn’t start this blog until a year into my journey, so I have a little catching up to do with my stories.  Regardless, I hope that you enjoy reading about my adventures around the world.
